摘 要:在pH=4.5HAc-NaAc介质中,Triton-X-100存在下,铁与二溴羟基苯基荧光酮(DBH-PF)形成1∶3紫色络合物使DBH-PF的荧光熄灭,由此建立了测定微量铁的新方法。络合物的λex=534nm,λem=584nm,线性范围为0~160μg/L,检出限0.6μg/L。方法用于硅酸盐矿物及水中微量铁的测定,结果与标准值相等,RSD(n=5)小于4.6%。A fluorescence quenching method for determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) was put forward.The method is based on the fluorescence quenching effect of DBH PF and Triton X 100 due to formation of a non fluorescent tertiary complex in pH 4 5 HAc NaAc medium.The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of DBH PF are 534 and 584nm,respectively.The linear range is 0~160μg/L and Fe(Ⅲ) has detection limit of 0 6μg/L.The method has been used to determine trace amounts Fe(Ⅲ) in silicate minerals and water with satisfactory results.
