有限切开结合股骨近端锁定钢板治疗粉碎性股骨粗隆区骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析有限切开结合股骨近端锁定钢板治疗粉碎性股骨粗隆区骨折的手术方法及手术疗效。方法采用有限切开结合股骨近端锁定钢板治疗粉碎性股骨粗隆区骨折32例，按Seinsheimer分型：ⅢA型12例，ⅢB型3例，Ⅳ型17例。结果随访32例，随访时间3～16个月，平均10．6个月，髋关节功能评定采用Sanders标准，优25例，良6例，差1例，优良率为96．88％。结论有限切开结合股骨近端锁定钢板治疗粉碎性股骨粗隆区骨折具有出血少、骨折愈合快、固定稳妥和并发症少等优点。Objective Retrospective analysis of limited incision Combined with proximal femoral locking plate for the treatment of comminuted intertrochanteric fractures and the surgical treatment methods. Methods Thirty - two cases of comminuted intertrochanteric fractures were treated by limited incision combined with proximal femoral locking plate. According to Seinsheimer classification, there were type Ⅲ A fracture 12 cases, type ⅢB fracture 3 cases, type Ⅳ fracture 17 cases. Results Thirty - two patients were followed up for an average of 10.6 months （range is 3 - 16 months）. According to sanders score standard, the results were 25 cases excellent,6 cases good and 1 cases poor. The good to excellen rate was 96.88%. Conclusion Limited incision combined with proximal femoral locking plate for the treatment of comminuted intertrochanteric fracture with less bleeding, faster healing of fractures, less complications and fixed sound.
