百会无瘢痕灸配合葛根素治疗眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察百会无瘢痕灸配合葛根素注射液治疗眩晕的临床疗效。方法66例眩晕患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例,给予百会无瘢痕灸和葛根素注射液治疗,对照组30例,只予葛根素注射液治疗,2星期评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),起效时间比对照组明显提前。结论百会无瘢痕灸配合葛根素治疗眩晕疗效确切迅速。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baihui（GV20） non-scarring moxibustion plus Puerarin injection in treating vertigo. Methods Sixty-six vertigo patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 36 cases was given Baihui（GV20） non-scarring moxibustion plus Puerarin injection and the control group of 30 cases, Puerarin injection only. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 2 weeks. Results The total efficacy rate was higher （P〈0.05） and the time for producing the effect occurred earlier in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Baihui（GV20） non-scarring moxibustion plus Puerarin injection has an exact and quick therapeutic effect on vertigo.
