摘 要:目的探讨针刺治疗帕金森病(PD)具有的神经保护作用机制。方法实验选用PD模型大鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、美多巴组、电针组和美多巴+电针组,造模前3天给予干预,各组于造模14d后处死。采用HPLC法测定左侧纹状体匀浆DA及其代谢产物含量。结果模型组DA、DOPAC和HVA均较空白组显著降低(P<0.01)。其中电针组及美多巴+电针组的DA/HVA、DA/DOPAC的比值与模型组相比较显著升高(P<0.05)。结论电针对PD大鼠的治疗作用的机制可能通过保护DA能神经元,从而提高纹状体DA含量为主要机制。Objective To explore the mechanism of the protective action of acupuncture on the nerve in its treatment of PD. Methods PD rats were randomly allocated to blank, model, Madopar, electroacupuncture and Madopar plus electroacupuncture groups. Intervention was given at 3 days before model making. Each group was sacrificed at 14 days after model making. Left striatal homogenate DA and its metabolite contents were measured using HPLC. Results DA, DOPAC and HVA were all significantly lower in the model group than in the blank group (P〈0.01). The ratios of DA to HVA and DA to DOPAC increased significantly in the electroacupuncture and Madopar plus electroacupuncture groups compared with the model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The main mechanism of the therapeutic action of electroacupuncture on PD rats may be protecting dopaminergic neurons to increase striatal dopamine content.
