摘 要:以石英尾砂为原料生产超细硅微粉是综合利用尾砂的良好途径,为了改善超细硅微粉的性能和拓展其应用领域,探索用硅烷偶联剂YDH-550,进行表面改性。从硅微粉的吸油率、活化指数、渗透时间等指标来优化改性条件,研究发现改性剂YDH-550用量为1.5%时,改性效果较好;红外光谱表征结果显示,改性剂键合到硅微粉的表面;透射电镜表征显示,改性后硅微粉颗粒棱角得到钝化。Taking quartz tailing as raw materials of super-fine quartz powder is an effective approach for comprehersive utilization. To improve the properties and extend the application field of the super-fine quartz powder, surface modification with YDH-550 was studied in this paper. The optimal conditions were determined by parameters of oil absorption rate, activation index and wet-out time. The results showed that the best application amount of YDH-550 is 1.5%. The FTIR results suggested that surface modifier was chemical bonding with quartz powder and TEM investigated that the surface of quartz powder was passivcd after modified.
