摘 要:烟气灰是锰铁合金生产过程中排出的一种工业废渣,它的主要成分有SiO2、CaO、MnO等。运用粒度分布测试、X射线衍射分析等现代测试方法对锰渣机械研磨过程中的性能特征进行测定,并用比强度法对机械活化烟气灰的火山灰效应进行分析,结果表明:机械研磨有利于烟气灰的活性激发,随着粉磨时间的增长,烟气灰的比表面积增大,粒径趋于向小粒径方向分布,晶体结构中SiO2由晶形向无定形转变量增加,活性激发效果越好,但粉磨时间过长,细度过细,颗粒间发生团聚现象,则会降低烟气灰的活性,其中粉磨35min、即比表面积为765m2/kg的烟气灰活性激发效果较好。Off ash gas generated during the production of the manganese iron is a kind of industrial residue. It is made up of SiO2, CaO, MnO and so on. Property characteristics of mechanical activated off ash gas can be tested by modem testing methods such as particle size distribution test and X-ray diffraction etc.. Its pozzolanic effect can be analysed by specific strength. The experiment can approve those results: mechanical grinding is beneficial to the activity stimulation of off ash gas. With the prolongation of milling time, the specific surface area is increasing, and particle distribution is in the trend of small size distribution, and SiO2 with amorphous structure is increasing, and the effect of activity stimulation may be better. But when the milling time is extended greatly, fineness of off ash gas increases excessively, and particles may reunite, and the activity will reduce. When the milling time is 35min, or the specific surface is 765m^2/kg, the effectiveness is better.
