摘 要:为开发新型高效的洗涤助剂,采用加碱焙烧活化高岭土的方法,分别从晶化时间、焙烧温度、碱土质量比、碱度和硅铝比等方面考察了合成硅铝酸盐的工艺参数。确定了合成的适宜工艺为:高岭土和碱以1∶1的质量比均匀混合,焙烧温度500℃,n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=4.5,碱浓度为2mol/L,晶化时间8h。所得产品钙离子的交换吸附量为312.6mg/g,镁离子的交换吸附量为139.4mg/g,在浓度为5×10-5mol/L的铅溶液中,产品在8min对铅离子吸附彻底;随着铅离子浓度的增大,达到吸附平衡耗时也增长。In order to develop a kind of new efficient detergents builder, we use the calcination method of alkli-activated kaolin, and study the process parameter of synthesis of aluminosilicate from crystallization time, calcination temperature, the mass ratio of kaolin and sodium hydroxide, alkalinity and molar ratio of silica and alumina, respectively. The suitable technology conditions were ascertained as follows: the mass ratio of the mixture of kaolin and sodium hydroxide is 1 : 1, calcination temperature is 500℃, n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=4.5, alkalinity is 2mol/L, crystallization time is 8h. The Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ exchange capabilities of the product were 312.6 mg/g and 139.4 nag/g, respectively. In addition, the Pb^2+ in solution was completely adsorbed by the product in eight minutes when the concentration of Pb^2+ is 5× 10^-5 mol/L; along with the increase of concentration of Pb^2+, the adsorption equilibrium time is also increased.
