摘 要:用粉煤灰漂珠直接制备M45莫来石以及与工业纯氧化铝混合合成M70莫来石,可明显降低合成成本。采用综合热分析仪(TG-DSC)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行表征。结果表明:用预处理后的粉煤灰漂珠直接制备低牌号莫来石(M45),适宜的烧结温度为800℃;用预处理后的粉煤灰漂珠和工业氧化铝混合制备高牌号莫来石(M70),适宜的烧结温度为900℃;合成的莫来石的主要组分符合我国《烧结莫来石》标准(YB/T5267-2005)。M45 mullite was derived directly from fly ash floating bead, M70 mullite was prepared from the fly ash floating bead and industrial alumina mixtures. The cost of synthesizing mullite from the fly ash floating bead was largely reduced because of decreasing amount of industrial alumina in preparing mullite, The as-prepared samples were characterized by thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimeter (TG-DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analyses. Results show that the profitable sintering temperature is 800℃ for the pretreated fly ash floating bead in preparing low trademark mullite (M45), and 900℃ for the pretreated fly ash floating bead in preparing high trademark mullite (M70), respectively. The main chemical compositions of the sintered mullite samples could come up to the standard values of sintered mullite of China (YB/T5267-2005).
