摘 要:采用微波辅助合成法制备有机膨润土,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为改性剂,针对微波改性有机膨润土制备过程中的关键因素对苯、甲苯及二甲苯吸附性能的影响进行研究。表明微波合成有机膨润土最佳条件为微波辐照反应时间3min、改性剂用量120mmol/100g、微波功率320W及固液比1:8。有机膨润土对苯系物的吸附量大小依次为二甲苯>甲苯>苯,有机膨润土含碳量大小与苯系物的吸附能力具有明显的正相关性。The organobentonite was prepared using microwave with hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (HTAB) as modified agent. The effects of organobentonites preparation key factors of using microwave on their adsorption properties for benzene/toluene/xylene were investigated. The organobentonite preparation optimal conditions using microwave were that addition amount of HTAB was 120 mmol/100g of sodium bentonite, the microwave reaction time was for 3min, microwave power was 320W and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:8. The adsorption capacity order of organobentonites for benzene/toluene/xylene was xylene〉 toluene〉 benzene at the same conditions. The sorption capacity of organobentonite was positively correlated with its organic carbon contents.
