贵州野生与栽培头花蓼的主要药效质量评价研究

摘　　要：目的通过野生与栽培头花蓼主要药效学的研究,对贵州野生与栽培头花蓼进行药效质量评价。方法采用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验、角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀和小鼠棉球肉芽肿等实验进行抗炎实验,采用醋酸扭体法进行镇痛实验。结果野生与栽培头花蓼对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、小鼠足肿胀、小鼠耳肿胀和棉球肉肿等炎症具有明显的抑制作用;对醋酸引起的扭体反应有明显的镇痛作用;相同剂量的野生与栽培头花蓼之间没有明显差异。结论贵州产野生与栽培头花蓼在主要药效质量方面没有明显差异。Objective To estimate the quality of wild and cultivated Polygonun capitatum Ham by the study of primary pharmacodynamics. Methods Anti - inflammation effect of wild and cultivated Polygonun capitatum were observed by mouse abdominal cavity capillary permeability increase test induced by acetic acid, mouse auricle swelling test induced by xylene, mouse pedal swelling test induced by carrageenin and cotton granuloma test in mouse. Analgesic action of wild and cultivated Polygonun capitaturn was observed by aceticacid - induced twisting test. Results Both wild and cultivated Polygonun capitatum could inhibit cotton - induced granuloma of mice, and inhibit twisting response of mice obviously. In the same dose, there had no significant difference between wild and cultivated Polygonun capitatum. Conclusion There is no significant quality difference between the primary pharmacodynamics quality evaluation of wild and cultivated Polygonun capitatum in Guizhou.
