复方竹节参片对类风湿性关节炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药复方竹节参片治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机制。方法建立弗氏完全佐剂诱导小鼠关节炎病理模型,采用复方竹节参片治疗,通过关节炎指数、足趾容积、病理学检查、血清细胞因子测定进行观察。结果复方竹节参片能明显抑制弗氏完全佐剂性关节炎小鼠关节肿胀及病理学改变,降低关节炎指数,降低关节炎病理模型小鼠血清中异常增高的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和细胞肿瘤因子(TNF-α)水平(P<0.05)。结论复方竹节参片具有明显抑制促炎症细胞因子病理性的升高,从而有效控制了类风湿性关节炎病情发展。Objective To explore the mechanism of compound Japanese ginseng pill in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods The pathological model of arthritis was established by freund＇ s complete adjuvant in mice, and arthritis index, serum cytokines were detected and histopathological change was observed. Results Compound Japanese ginseng pill could inhibit articular swelling of mice, alleviate pathological changes obviously, and reduce the index of mouse arthritis and the contents of serum IL - 6, IL - 8, INF - α. Conclusion Compound Japanese ginseng can inhibit the pathological increase of inflammatory cell, and control the development of rheumaotoid arthritis effectively .
