溪黄草与虎杖煎剂利胆作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究溪黄草与虎杖水煎剂对大鼠的利胆作用。方法采用十二指肠给药,进行胆总管插管术,观察溪黄草与虎杖水煎剂对大鼠胆汁流量以及对胆汁成分的影响。结果溪黄草水煎剂、虎杖水煎剂均明显增加大鼠胆汁流量(P(0.01);溪黄草水煎剂可明显降低胆汁中胆固醇含量,对胆红素和胆汁酸含量无影响;虎杖水煎剂明显降低胆汁中胆固醇和胆红素含量,并能显著增加胆汁酸含量。结论溪黄草与虎杖水煎剂有明显的利胆作用,并对胆汁成分有一定影响。Objective To research the choleretic effect of Xihuangcao and Huzhang decoctions in wistar rats. Methods After duodenal administration, a common bile duct was incubated, and the flow of bile and the composition of bile were detected. Results In all groups treated with Xihuangcao or Huzhang, the biliary secretion was significantly increased （P 〈 0.01 ）; Xihuangcao markedly decreased the content of cholesterol, but had no effect on the level of bilirubin and bile acid; Huzhang markedly decreased the content of cholesterol and bilirubin, and increased the level of bile acid. Conclusion Xihuangcao and Huzhang have marked choleretic effect and affect the bile components.
