摘  要:目的优化白附子最佳提取工艺。方法以β-谷甾醇得率为指标,在提取次数、提取工艺、浸渍剂浓度等条件相同时,考虑乙醇溶液pH值、提取时间、提取温度,选用L16(45)正交进行实验,确定最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为第1煎提取液pH为7,第2煎提取液pH为9,提取温度85℃,提取时间6h。结论半仿生提取法优选白附子最佳提取工艺,方法简便,可行。Objective To optimize the semi - bionic extraction of Rhizoma Typhonii. Methods Under the unchanged conditions including extracting frequency, extracting course and concentration of solvent , with the yield rate of isoflavonoids of Rhizoma Typhonii as index as index, L16 (4^5 ) orthogonal design was used to investigate the effects of pH, extraction temperature, and extraction time. Results The first extraction pH was 7. The second extraction pH was 9. The extraction temperature was 85 ℃. The extraction time was 6 hours. Conclusion Optimization of semibionic extraction methods of Rhizoma Typhonii by orthogonal design is available.
