晋徽典组织管理之比较

摘　　要：晋典和徽典是明清乃至民国时期活跃于中国金融业的两大地缘性典商商帮。从相关史料的记载中可以看出晋典的主要势力范围在北方,而徽典的主要活跃于南方,两大典帮形成了"晋北徽南"的分庭抗礼的态势。二者在内部组织、人员选拔与培训、激励约束机制等方面均表现出各自鲜明的特点。Shanxi Merchants mortgage and Huishang mortgage are the two regional business groups in mortgage who acted positivly in the Chinese financial industry in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Republication Period. According to the relevant historical records,the main sphere of influence of Shanxi Merchants mortgage was in the north, and Huishang mortgage in the south. They showed different characteristics in the internal organization, personnel selection and training, incentive and restraint mechanisms.
