摘 要:以耐热硼硅酸盐玻璃为基片,对玻璃基片分别进行喷砂预处理和不同温度下加热预处理,采用电弧喷涂法和火焰喷涂法分别在硼硅酸盐玻璃表面沉积铝涂层。用X射线衍射、扫描电镜分析了样品涂层的组成和形貌;采用涂层附着力测试仪测量涂层与玻璃基片之间的结合强度。研究了不同预处理、喷涂工艺条件对样品涂层与基片之间结合强度的影响。结果表明:加热预处理条件下样品的铝涂层与玻璃基片的结合强度大于喷砂预处理的。电弧喷涂的铝涂层与玻璃的结合强度大于火焰喷涂的。400℃下加热预处理的样品的铝涂层与玻璃的结合强度最大,此后,随预处理温度升高,涂层的结合强度呈下降趋势。400℃加热预处理的玻璃基片,采用电弧喷涂制备的样品的涂层与玻璃基片结合强度最高达11.83MPa。Borosilicate glass pieces were pretreated via blasting, and heat treated at different temperatures. Then an aluminum coating was applied by the electric arc spraying and flame spraying methods. The composition and morphology of the prepared A1 coatings were examined by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. A coating adhesion tester was used to estimate the bonding strength between the A1 coating and glass piece. The effect of pretreatment and spraying conditions on the bonding strength were investigated. The results indicate that the bonding strength between the Al coating prepared by the heat pretreatment method and glass piece is better than that of the sample prepared by the blasting pretreatment. The bonding strength of the coating deposited by the electric arc spraying method was better than that by the flame spraying method. The sample heat pretreated at 400 ℃ had the best bonding strength compared with that heat pretreated at other temperatures, and the bonding strength began to deteriorate with the increasing of the pretreatment temperature. The bonding strength of the sample coated by electric arc spraying method on glass heat pretreated at 400℃ could reach 11.83 MPa.
