摘  要:提出基于虚拟仪器技术构建的矿井刚性罐道动态测试系统,以先进的罐道测试理论和方法为指导,通过测量提升过程中容器-罐道系统的振动加速度、倾角和位移等动态参数,分析罐道的故障信息。系统硬件选型和设计合理,软件功能完备,适合现场检测维护应用。A mine shaft steel guide dynamic test system based on virtual instrument technology is introduced in this paper. With the guidance of advanced steel guide test theories and technique, the fatigue failure information of steel guide could be analyzed by measuring dynamic parameters such as vibration acceleration, obliquity and displacement of the conveyance and steelworks system in usual hosting process. This system had a reasonable hardware setup combined with self-contained software design and was adapted to the practical maintenance work.
