摘  要:以粒状活性炭为滤料,以甲苯作为VOCs的代表物,对生物过滤法净化VOCs废气进行了连续稳态试验研究。试验结果表明,在入口甲苯浓度〈1g/m^3,空床停留时间20.5-41.0s的试验范围内,生物滤塔对甲苯废气有一定的降解效果,最高降解效率可达90%以上。随着入口甲苯浓度升高,甲苯降解效率下降,但甲苯降解速率随之上升,最大降解速率约为100g/(m^2·h);甲苯降解速率和人口甲苯负荷线性相关,甲苯降解速率随入口甲苯负荷的增加而增大;当甲苯负荷一定时,甲苯降解速率随空塔气速的增加而降低;当滤塔入口甲苯浓度一定时,生物滤塔对甲苯的降解效率随空塔气速的增加而减小。This research took a continuous flow experiment on waste-gas strearms contaminated with VOCs under steady-state conditions, where the granular activated carbon(GAC) was filled as packing material and toluene was taken as repre- sentative VOCs. The experimental results show that if the entry toluene concentration and the empty bed retention time of waste-gas in the biofilter is respectively in the range of 0-1g/m^3 and 20.5-41.0s, the biofilter proved to be highly efficient in biodegradation of toluene. The toluene removal efficiency decreased and elimination capacity increased with the increased of the entry toluene concentration. Elimination capacity and contaminant load are linearly correlated and elimination capacity of toluene increases in pace with the increase of contaminant load, and deereases with the increase of vacancy velocity at fixed eontamintant load. The removal efficiency of toluene will also decrease with increase of vacancy velocity while keeping toluene concentration constant in the biofilter's entrance.
