摘 要:将硝化细活性污泥包埋固定化在海藻酸钙凝胶胶珠中,通过正交试验法确定了最适宜的包埋条件;利用SBR反应器,研究了包埋胶球对氨氮的效果,并与硝化活性污泥进行了除氮效果对比。结果表明,固定化胶球比悬浮菌去除氨氮的除率高,生化反应时间比悬浮菌短2h,总氮的去除率比悬浮态高16%,且具有较强的抗负荷冲击能力。Cultivated nitrobacteria which entraped in calcium alginate gel beads were employed to remove ammonium nitrogen from wastewater , the optimum conditions for immobilization were determined according to the orthogonal test design , this paper studied the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen by immobilized nitrobaeteria in SBR and compared with free nitrohaeteria. The results show that the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen by immobilized nitrobacteria are obviously higher than this by free nitrobacteria , the time by immobilized nitrobacteria can be reduced 2 hours , and the total inorganic nitrogen efficiency can be promoted 16%. Meantime immobilized nitrobaeteria has a strong charge resistance ability.
