摘  要:浸渍法制备了AlO2+CeO2为载体的曲催化剂,对制备中各因素对催化剂效果的影响作了初步研究。结果表明,稀土元素的存在对催化剂的性能明显改善。制备过程中焙烧和还原步骤对催化剂的活性影响最大,催化剂制备必须高于600℃焙烧,并用H2还原。同时考察了活性组分含量与催化剂性能的比例关系以及水蒸气对催化剂的活性的影响。A series of CeO2 modified Pd-CeO2/Al2O3 supported catalyst has been prepared by impregnation method. Addition of promoter of CeO2 and Pd,calcination temperature, H2 reduction and moisture on the catalytic activity for the CO oxidation have been investigated. It was found that additive CeO2 improves the catalytic activity obviously. Experimental results also shows that calcination temperature and reduction will affect the activity of Pd catalysts. Calcination temperature must higher than 600℃ and H2 reduction enhance the catalytic activity.
