摘 要:采用两段电气浮进行了采油废水的处理研究,最大程度的发挥了絮凝和气浮的作用。考察了电凝聚槽电流密度,电解气浮槽电流密度、进水pH值、温度、进水含油量等因素对去油率的影响,研究表明:电凝聚气浮和电解气浮相结合,取得了很好的处理效果,并具有较强的抗负荷能力。电流密度和水力停留时间是最主要的影响因素,在水利停留时间为30min,电凝聚气浮槽电流密度为3.5mA/cm^2,电解气浮槽电流密度为3.3mA/cm^2,进水初始pH为7.2的条件下,去油率可达到90.1%,pH在中性时处理效果最好,温度对处理效果的影响不大。在最佳操作条件下,处理费用为0.81元/m^2。Using two-stage Electro-Coagulation-Floatation reactors Treating of oil extraction wastewater so as to get the maximal effect of coagulation and flotation, and the contribution of various factors including current density of both electrocoagulation and clectroflotation bucket , pH, temperature, oleaginousness to deoiling rate was investigated. The resuits showed that the combination of electrocoagulation-flotation and electroflotation led to a good effect, with a relatively strong ability in effluent load resisting. The dominant influential factors were found to be current density and hydraulic detention time (HRT), and the deoiling rate reached 90.1% when the HRT was 30min, the current density of electrocoagulation and electroflotation bucket were 3.5 mA/cm^2 and 3.3mA/cm^2 respectively, and the initial pH at 7.2. Best treatment efficiency was reached in neutral pH, and the chage in temperature didn't affect much. The cost for wastewater treatment was 0.81 per m^3 under the optimal conditions.
