摘 要:文章通过实例分析了复杂地形下污染物扩散可能不利的大气环境影响因素,指出这些因素可能包括:是否存在山谷风污染特征、是否产生烟气下洗现象、局地逆温出现频率和强度对樗染物扩散的影响等。另外,由于涉及复杂地形,预测评价局地大气扩散参数如何选取、采用附近气象观测站长期观测资料进行环境影响预测评价的代表性也是评价需要解决的关键问题。为解决上述问题。通过地面气象观测和低空探测等观测方法来分析复杂地形下局地污染气象特征和获取扩散参数等基础气象资料,为评价提供科学依据。The article has analyzed through the example the pollutant diffusion possible disadvantageous atmospheric environment influence factors under the complex terrain, pointed out these factors possibly include: Whether has pollution characteristics about the mountain valley wind, whether has the haze downwards washing phenomenon, the local inversion temperature gradient appears the frequency and the intensity to the pollutant diffusion influence and so on. Moreover, because involves the complex terrain, forecast how the appraisal local atmospheric diffusion parameter does select, uses nearby weather station long-term observation material to carry on the environmental infect forecast appraisal the representation also is the key question which the appraisal needs to solve. In order to solve the above problems, through observation methods and so on surface weather observation and low-altitude detection analyzes under the complex terrain local pollution foundation meteorological data and so on meteorology characteristic and gain diffusion parameters, which provides the scientific basis for the appraisal.
