开发区REIA实施过程中存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：我国区域环评起步较晚，执行较为集中，在REIA政策的执行和REIS编制过程中存在诸多问题和不足，并且缺乏系统性总结和研究。文章初步尝试分析了开发区区域环评实施过程中存在的主要问题，介绍了相关研究，提出了对策和措施，具有一定的现实意义。China started REIA in recent years and in few regions. Many problems and deficiencies exist in the process of implementing the REIA policies and compiling the REIS. There are also no enough systematic summaries and researches. This article attempts to analyze the main problems in the process of REIA implementation and put forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions.
