摘  要:使用溶胶–凝胶法制备了Lu2Si2O7:Eu闪烁陶瓷前驱粉体。通过X射线衍射仪和真空紫外荧光光谱仪对粉体物相、晶粒尺寸及粉末的发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:粉体在1150℃左右烧结时开始成相,晶粒大小随烧结温度的升高而增加。结合X射线衍射和真空紫外发射光谱的结果可以推断样品的紫外激发发射峰强度随晶粒尺寸的增大而增强。A series of europium-doped lutetium pyrosilicate (Lu2Si2O7:Eu) phosphor powder were synthesized by the Pechini sol-gel method. The gels were treated at different temperatures and the phase contents of the powder were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique. It was found that the powder began to crystallize at about 1150℃ and the grain size estimated by Scherrer equation increases with the increasing of calcining temperature. The luminescent properties of the powder were also measured by vacuum ultraviolet excitation spectrofluorometer. The emission spectra and XRD results indicated that the emission intensity increased with the increasing of grain size.
