摘  要:采用液态金属环瀑悬铸填充调配法成功地制出具有明显宏观组织梯度与性能梯度的WC颗粒增强新型钢基耐磨梯度复合材料,并探讨了新材料组织梯度的形成机理。试验结果表明,新材料一侧具有高硬度(HRC64.5),另一侧具有较高的韧性(αk=72.3J/cm2),整个断面上组织与性能是连续梯度渐变的。G36SiCrMnMoCuB matrix wearresistant composite reinforced by WC particles with gradient of structures and properties has been obtained successfully by a process of molten metal filladjusted with circular falls suspension casting. The formation mechanism of structure gradient was discussed. The experimental results showed that, the new material has impact toughness of αk=723 J/cm2 on one side and hardness of HRC645 on another side. Structures and properties in the whole section were gradually varied. The wearresistance of the side with high hardness was higher 5~10 times than that of matrix. The design idea of functionally gradient materials was applied to the preparation of wearresistant materials in this paper, which opened a new route for development of advanced composite materials.
