摘  要:目的评价多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片在健康人群的普查、肿瘤的早期诊断及监测预后的应用。方法使用C-12型多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统(C-12)测定分析8330例恶性肿瘤患者、9657例良性疾病患者和23531名健康体检者血清12种常见肿瘤标志物:甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原242(CA242)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(f-PSA)、铁蛋白(FER)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)和人生长激素(HGH)。结果C-12对健康人群肿瘤的检出率为7.03%,恶性肿瘤组的阳性率达85.6%。结论运用C-12联合检测多种肿瘤标志物可以提高恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性,可应用于预后及疗效观察,对肿瘤高危人群的普查具有一定的指导意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of C-12 multi-tumor markers protein chip (C-12) in healthy population census, early diagnosis in tumors and monitoring prognosis. Methods The serum levels of 12 tumor markers, including carbohydrate antigen 199 ( CA199 ), neuron-specific enolase ( NSE ), carcinoembryonic antigen ( CEA), carbohydrate antigen 242 ( CA242 ), carbohydrate antigen 125 ( CA125 ), carbohydrate antigen 153 ( CA 153 ), alpha fetoprotein( AFP), ferritin ( FER ), free prostate specific antigen ( f-PSA ), prostate specific antigen ( PSA ), human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) and human growth hormone ( HGH), were determined in 8 330 malignant tumor patients,9 657 patients with benign disease and 23 531 healthy controls by C-12 system. Results The positive rates determined by the C-12 system in malignant tumor patients were 85.6% and 7.03% in healthy population. Conclusions Combined measurement of multiple serum tumor markers can significantly increase the diagnostic sensitivity for malignant tumor, and be used as an earlier tumor-screening tool to asymptomatic people, especially to the high risk people.
