摘　　要：目的探讨噬血细胞综合征(HPS)的临床特点及骨髓细胞形态特点。方法对15例确诊为HPS患者的临床症状、体征、实验室资料及骨髓细胞形态进行分析。结果15例患者均有发热和不同程度的肝、脾、淋巴结肿大及肝功能异常,外周血细胞减少;骨髓涂片均可见组织细胞增生并伴有吞噬血细胞现象。结论HPS的临床特点和骨髓细胞形态具有一定的普遍性和特异性,有助于临床诊断。Objective To explore the clinical symptom and the morphology of bone marrow cells of hemophagocytic syndrome （HPS）. Methods The clinical symptoms, physical signs, laboratory examinations and morphology of bone marrow cells of 15 HPS patients were collected and analyzed. Results All the 15 patients had fever, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, lymphadenectasis, hepatic dysfunction and peripheral blood cells diminution. While histocyte hyperplasia with active hemophagocytic phenomenon was found in all the bone marrow slides. Conclusions The clinical features and morphology of bone marrow cells of HPS are universal and specific, which is beneficial to clinical diagnosis.
