高产双低杂交油菜黔油29号的选育

摘　　要：黔杂6-18是以不育株与可育株分离比例为1∶1、稳定的、性状优良的甘蓝型油菜双低隐性核不育两用系Q6-18AB为母本,双低优良恢复系6-18C为父本于2004年配制的杂交油菜新组合。在2006-2008年贵州省杂交油菜区域试验中,平均产量为189.18 kg/667m2,比对照(油研10号)增产11.13%。在2008年贵州省杂交油菜生产试验中平均产量为165.7 kg/667m2,较对照(油研10号)增产4.02%。芥酸含量0.6%,硫甙含量32.58μmol/g,含油量40.54%,种子蛋白质含量28.13%。2008年12月经贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定命名为黔油29号。适于在贵州省及邻近相同生态区域油菜适宜区种植。Qianyou 29 was bred from the cross of Q6-18AB（♀）, a recessive nuclear sterile and dual purpose line with stable good characters, double-low content, X 6-18C（♂）, a good restore line with double-low content in 2004. The average yield was 189.18 kg/667m^2 , 11.13 % higher than CK（Youyan 10） in Guizhou hybrid rape regional tests during 2006--2008 and the average yield was 165. 7kg/667m^2 , 4.02% higher than CK in Guizhou hybrid rape production test in 2008. The content of eruic acid, glucosinolates, oil and protein is 0.6%, 32.58μmol/g, 40, 54% and 28.13% respectively. Qianyou 29 approved by Guizhou crops Variety Examination Committee in December, 2008 can be planted in Guizhou province and other areas with the similar ecological condition.
