摘  要:研究了80份油菜样品在2种水分(7%~8%和4%~5%)含量条件下,种子中芥酸、硫苷、含油率、蛋白质、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、二十碳烯酸的变化。结果表明,种子水分含量降低时芥酸、硫苷、含油率、蛋白质、硬脂酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、二十碳烯酸7个品质性状的含量升高,而棕榈酸和油酸品质性状的含量降低。在两种水分含量条件下,各品质性状间的差异均达到极显著水平。相关分析结果表明,含油率、硬脂酸两性状与种子水分含量呈极显著负相关,芥酸、硫苷、种子蛋白质、棕榈酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、二十碳烯酸7个性状与种子水分含量呈正相关,两种水分含量下各性状间的相关性一致。The contents of eruic acid, glucosinolates, oil, protein, palmitic acid, stearic acid,oleic acid,linoleate acid, linolenic acid and gadoleic acid of 80 rape seed samples were measured by near infrared spectrum method under two different seed water contents (7%-8 % and 4%-5 %) to study the effect on quality measuring results of tested rape seeds. The results showed that measuring values of eruic acid, glucosinolates, oil, protein, stearic acid, linoleate acid, linolenic acid gadoleic acid content under 4%-5% water content of rape seeds was higher than the measuring values under 7%-8% water content of rape seeds,and the measuring values of palmitic acid and oleic acid content under 4 %-5% water content of rape seeds was lower than the measuring values under 7%- 8% water content of rape seeds. There was very significantly difference in different quality character between different water contents of rape seeds. The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a very significant negative correlation in oil and stearic acid content between two different water contents of rape seeds and there was a positive correlation in eruic acid, glucosinolates, protein, palmitic acid,oleic acid,linoleate acid, linolenic acid gadoleic acid content between two different water contents of rape seeds. There is an identical correlation between different quality characters under two different water contents of rape seeds.
