摘　　要：猪圆环病毒(porcine circovirus,PCV)属于圆环病毒科,该病毒有2个血清型:PCV1和PCV2。PCV1广泛存在于猪体内,无致病性;PCV2能直接或间接导致一系列猪的综合性疾病,如猪繁殖与呼吸道综合征病毒(PRRSV),断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS),猪呼吸道疾病综合征(PRDC)和成年猪皮炎肾病综合征(PDNS)等,对养猪业危害严重。为了深入了解PCV2致病因素,建立快速鉴别诊断技术,综述了PCV2的猪圆环病毒病及其相关致病因素和目前应用诊断技术研究情况,为研究探讨PCV2的发生和诊断提供借鉴。Porcine circovirus type 2 （PCV2） belongs to family Circoviridae with 2 serotypes PCV1 and PCV2. The PCV1 widely exists in pig without pathogenicity, but the PCV2 could induce a series of pig synthetic diseases directly or indirectly, such as porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus （PRRSV）, postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome（PMWS）, porcine respiratory disease complex（PRDC）, porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome（PDNS）. In order to understand pathogenic factors of PCV2 and set up a rapid identification and diagnosis technique, this paper summarizes studies of PCV2, its relative pathogenic factors and current diagnosis technology, which is expected to provide a reference for study on occurrence and diagnosis of PCV2.
