摘　　要：从辣椒生产、加工、销售三方面对贵州辣椒产业发展现状、存在问题进行了分析,在此基础上,围绕进一步做大做强贵州辣椒产业,提出了加强辣椒育种、基地建设、市场建设、精深加工和质量安全等方面的对策措施。The paper analyzes the current situation and problems in hot pepper industry from three aspects of hot pepper production, processing and marketing and puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening hot pepper breeding, base construction, market construction, advanced processing and quality safety to further develop hot pepper industry in Guizhou.
