贵州茶业发展的现状、优势与对策

摘　　要：从研究经济学服务于茶产业出发,对贵州茶业发展的栽培历史、发展现状、发展机遇和有利条件进行了论述,并从技术、市场、茶叶需求、发展战略等方面分析了贵州茶产业出现的非均衡发展态势,以期为贵州茶业今后几年拟实现跨越式发展,寻求科学的理论依据,提出了发展对策:一是需要解决好"三农"问题;二是实行非均衡发展战略;三是以市场为导向,实行茶业产业化经营;四是形成开放系统加速物质、能量和信息交换;五是通过政策调整和制度创新建立有效的运行机制;六是依靠科技,促进茶业可持续发展。Based on study of economics service to tea industry, this paper discusses cultivation history, present developing conditions, expanding opportunities and advantages of Guizhou tea, analyzes unbalanced development trend in the tea industry from aspects of technique, market, requirement of the tea and developing strategy. It is expected to search a theoretical science base for leaping development of the Guizhou tea in the next years. And the development countermeasures are put forward as following： to solve the ＂three agricultural problems＂; to practice unbalanced development strategy; to practice industrialization management under leading of market; to form an open system for accelerating exchange of materials, energy and information; to establish effectively mechanism by policy adjusting and system innovating; to promote sustainable development of the tea industry depending on science and technology.
