透明质酸钠硬膜外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察透明质酸钠硬膜外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:186例患者用药1周及6、12、18、24个月疗效分析。结果:患者用药1周及6、12、18、24个月后的优良率分别为:89.8%、89.2%、90.9%、88.7%、84.9%。结论:透明质酸钠硬膜外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症远期疗效可靠,无不良反应。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of epidural injection of medical sodium hyaluronate gel for lumbar inter vertebral disc protrusion （LIDP）. Methods：One hundred and eighty--six patients with LIDP were given such injections and the curative effect was evaluated in the 1st week as well as in the 6th, 12th, 18th and 24th months. Results：The total clinical effects observed from the above analysis showed that the excellent rate was 89.8%, 89.2%, 90.9%, 88.7% and 84. 9 %, respectively. No side effect was observed. Conclusion：Epidural injection of medical sodium hyaluronate gel is an effective and safe method for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
