摘  要:目的:总结微创技术间接复位内固定治疗后踝骨折的手术方法和临床疗效。方法:2003年1月~2007年12月,对30例三踝骨折患者采用微创技术间接复位内固定。结果:全部患者均获随访,随访时间8~36个月,平均12个月。骨折愈合时间10~16周,平均12周。随访时疗效根据Baird-Jackson评分系统进行评定:优17例,良10例,可2例,差1例,优良率为90%。结论:采用微创技术间接复位内固定治疗三踝骨折可保证踝关节获得解剖复位,保护骨折端血运,最大限度地恢复踝关节功能,获得满意的临床疗效。Objective:To evaluate the surgical techniques and clinical effect of minimally invasive osteosynthesis and indirect reduction for trimalleolar fracture. Methods:From January 2003 to December 2007, 30 patients with trimalleolar fractures were treated by minimally invasive osteosynthesis and indirect reduction. Postoperatively, all the patients were fixed externally for 3 to 4 weeks with plaster splint. Results:All the patients were followed up for 8-36 months with an average of 12 months. The bone healing time was 10 to 16 weeks, averagely 12 weeks. According to the Baird--Jackson scoring system, the results were rated as excellent in 17 cases, good in 10 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case, respectively. The total good and excellent rate was 90 %. Conclusion:The surgical techniques of minimally invasive osteosynthesis and indirect reduction can ensure anatomical joint restoration and union for trimalleolar fractures.
