关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨关节疼痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:验证关节镜下清理术治疗骨性关节炎疼痛的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析78例膝关节骨关节炎病人,并分为关节镜组44例,对照组34例进行临床对比观察。结果:关节镜组和对照组CR+PR率分别为86.3%和35.3%两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节镜下清理术是缓解膝关节骨关节炎疼痛的一种有效的治疗方法。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement for the pain of osteoarthritis. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 78 cases with osteoarthritis was made, among which 44 cases were treated with arthroseopic debridement and another 34 cases received no surgery treatment. Results：The complete remission rate plus partial remission rate of the 2 groups were 86.3% and 35.3% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Arthroscopic debridement is an effective surgery method for relieving pain of osteoarthritis.
