摘 要:当封闭空腔内圆盘顶部径向间距保持不变时,在轴向间距、旋转雷诺数不同情况下,对旋转圆盘的摩擦损失进行实验研究,结果表明:轴向间距增大会增加圆盘摩擦损失;随着旋转雷诺数增加,摩擦转矩系数逐渐减小;粗糙度增大使圆盘摩擦损失增加。最后,以轴向间距比、旋转雷诺数为特征参数推导出摩擦转矩系数的经验计算式。オn this paper, the disk friction losses are studied experimentally when axial spacing ratio and the rotational Reynolds number are different for a constant small radial tip clearance. The results verify that the disk friction losses increased with the increasing of axial spacing. The friction torque coefficient decreases with the increasing of rotational Reynolds number and the decreasing of axial spacing at the same rotational Reynolds number. The friction losses increase with the increasing of roughness. According to the previous consequence, an empirical relationship is presented depending on the axial space-Re combination of the system.
