摘　　要：在气候变化经济学和气候政策的文献综述基础上,剖析了经济学原理在全球气候变化研究中的应用。在总结西方流行的气候变化的经济影响评估、预测、分析方法和模型的前提下,回顾了不同空间和时间尺度上温室气体减排成本估算的方法和结果,特别分析和强调了气候变化不确定性的特点对经济模型和政策设计的影响,提供了有效的基于市场的政策选择。Based on the literature review of the economics of climate change and climate policy, this article analyzes the application of economic principles in the study of global climate change. Under the prerequisite of summarizing the western prevailing economics of climate change （valuation, prediction, analysis method and model of economic influence）, this article reviews the method and results of the cost of emission reduction of greenhouse gas from space and time scales, especially analyzes and stresses the influence of the uncertainty of climate change on economic modeling and policy designing, and provides effective policy selection based on market.
