摘　　要：为应对全球化竞争和食品质量与安全问题,台湾从2004年开始推行台湾农产品产销履历制度。本文介绍了台湾农产品产销履历制度的发展过程、相关规定以及与其密切相关的良好农业规范(TGAP)和有机农产品的发展和产销履历认证制度,及其对完善全国食品安全制度的启示。In order to solve the global competition of agricultural products and food quality and safety, Taiwan started to promote agricultural products traceability system from 2004. This paper introduced the development of the rules of the traceability system, the associated provisions and Taiwan good agricultural practice, and the development of the organic agriculture product and the production and marketing personal history authentication system, and also discussed its inspiration to perfect the system of food safety.
