摘　　要：加快城市对农村的战略性带动,促进农村快速发展,是实现城乡协调发展的必然选择。应加强金融政策及其与财政政策配合以促进城市带动农村发展,只有依靠政府发挥主导作用,才会加快城市带动农村发展进程。金融政策和财政政策是政府推进城市带动农村的最重要政策工具。Under the realistic background of the development gap between urban and rural, it is inevitably choice to promote rural development driven by prosperity in cities ,and realize coordinated development between urban and rural areas. In the process, government takes the leading role to promote urbanization by using important financial and fiscal policy tools.The two policy tools should be using assortedly.
