摘  要:介绍了用浓硫酸清净粗乙炔气工艺的原理、流程及相关要点。采用浓硫酸清净工艺,1 t PVC消耗浓硫酸约17 kg;采用NaClO清净工艺,1 t PVC消耗NaClO约30 kg、工业水约270 kg。The principle and flow path of process for the purification of crude acetylene gas were introduced as well as the corresponding key points. For process purifying by concentrated sul-phuric acid, 17 kg concentrated sulphuric acid was consumed for the production of one ton PVC. For process purifying by NaC10, 30 kg NaC10 and 270 kg industrial water were consumed for the production of one ton PVC.
