摘 要:根据冶金热力学及动力学理论,建立了RH-TB真空脱碳过程数学模型,同时分析了钢水初始碳含量、初始氧含量以及浸渍管内径对脱碳过程的影响。利用Microsoft Visual.Basic.net程序设计软件和Microsoft SQL Server2000数据库软件,建立了RH-TB精炼脱碳模型的离线数据库。采用RH-TB实际生产数据对模型进行离线测试,针对121炉IF钢的RH-TB处理过程,模型预测的精炼过程中及终点钢水w(C)误差在0.001%以内的炉次达到80%以上。A mathematical model of decarburization in RH-TB refining process was developed based on the theory of metallurgical thermodynamics and macro kinetics and at the same time the effect of initial carbon content, initial oxygen content and inner diameter of the dipping tube on decarburization process was analyzed. An out-line data base of mathematical model of decarburization in RH-TB refining process was established by utilizing the Microsoft Visual. Basic. net software and Microsoft SQL Server 2009 database software. The actual manufacturing data in RH-TB process was adopted to out-line check and examine the model and in review of the RH-TB process for 121 heats of IF steel the heats of the end-point liquid steel with w(C) error controlled within the limit of 0.001% amounted to 80 %.
