摘  要:根据钢球磨煤制粉系统的特点,通过制粉系统优化运行调整试验,包括给煤机出力标定、粗粉分离器性能测试、磨煤机最佳钢球装载量和最佳通风量试验,得出制粉系统优化运行参数,提出该制粉系统优化运行方案,达到了节能降耗的目的。该方法对同类型制粉系统优化运行具有一定的工程指导意义。According to the characteristics of the coal pulverizing system with ball mills, optimized operating adjustment experiments were carded out, which contain coal feeder capacity calibration test, performance test of coarse pulverized coal separator, optimal ball charge capacity measurement test of ball mill and optimal ventilation quantity test. Optimized operating parameters are obtained and optimal operating scheme is brought out, thus the consumption is decreased and energy is conserved. This method provides some guidance for the operation optimizing of same-type coal pulverizing system.
