摘  要:简单介绍了重排时频分布,包括Cohen类分布的重排和Affine类分布的重排。并选择属于重排Cohen类分布的平滑伪Wigner-Ville分布重排对地下和露天爆破振动信号的时频特征进行对比分析,得出了它们之间的不同之处和相似之处,以便采取更加合理的措施来减小爆破振动的危害,从而保护地下工程和露天工程设施的安全稳定性。The reassigned time-frequency distribution was introduced simply, including Cohen-reas- signed and Affine-reassigned distribution. Reassigned smoothed pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution belonging to Cohen-reassigned distribution was selected to compare the time-frequency characteristics of the underground engineering and open-pit blasting vibration signals. The difference and similarity between them were found out, so that reasonable measures would be used to reduce the damage of blasting vibration to protect the safety and stability of the underground engineering and open-pit engineering facilities.
