摘 要:目的探讨颈椎前路Zephir钢板系统治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法对43例脊髓型颈椎病患者行颈前路减压、椎体间自体髂骨植骨融合或颈椎椎间融合器(钛网或Cage)融合、Zephir钢板内固定术,术后随访0.5~3年。结果临床结果按JOA颈椎病疗效判定标准评定,优16例,良19例,有效7例,无效1例,恶化0例。优良率为81.39%,平均植骨融合时间为12周,植骨融合率为100%。结论Zephir钢板治疗脊髓型颈椎病安全有效,提高了植骨融合率,临床疗效满意。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cervical anterior decompression and interbody fusion with Zephir plate on cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods Forty-three cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy were treated by cervical anterior decompression and internal fixation with autogenous iliac bone or cervical interbody fusion (titanium mesh or Cage) and Zephir plate. The patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years. Results All the cases were followed up and the results were evaluated by JOA: excellent in 16 cases, good in 19 cases, fair in 7 cases, bad in 1 cases. The excellent and good rate was 81.39%. The mean time for interbody fusion was 12 weeks and the fusion rate was 100%. Conclusion Cervical anterior decompression and interbody fusion with Zephir plate is a safe and effective method for cervical spondylotic myelopathy, and can significantly increase the fusion rate. The clinical effect is good.
