米非司酮终止带器妊娠的临床效果及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨米非司酮终止带器妊娠的临床效果及护理体会，力求为临床医护工作者提供与相应的信息和依据。方法：我站于2006年1月至2009年2月对33例带宫内节育器（IUD）早孕而要求药物流产的妇女试用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕（研究组），并与非带器妊娠者进行比较（对照组）。结果：研究组完全流产率为96．9％，对照组为97．3％，组闻比较无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇可有效地终止带器妊娠，效果与单纯妊娠药物流产相似，其安全性、有效性令人满意，而终止带器妊娠成败的关键是宫内节育器的处理问题。本文对不同的时间、不同的方法处理取得好的效果。Objective： To explore the clinical effects of mifepristone in ending pregnancy with IUD in situ. Methods： Using mifepristone to end early pregnancy on 33 cases of women who got early pregnancy with IUD and asked for drug abortion in our hospital from Jan. 2006 to Feb （the research group）. 2009. Then make comparisons with those who had not got IUD （the control group）. Results： The abortion rate of the research group and the control group were 96. 9% and 97. 3%, which showed little difference. Conclusion： Mifepristone can be used to end pregnancy with IUD in situ effectively and safely.
