摘　　要：目的：探讨护理干预对尘肺结核患者住院治疗效果的影响。方法：采用住院病人评估袁对尘肺结核患者进行全面评估，制定相应的护理干预措施，观察治疗效果。结果：提高了尘肺结核患者对用药指导、生活指导、消毒隔离知识指导等方面的依从性。结论：实施护理干预，能帮助病人正确对待疾病，加强护患沟通，提高护患双方的满意度，提高患者生活质量。Objective： To discuss the influence of nursing interventions on the in--hospital treatment effects of patients with mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods： Making overall evaluations on patients with myeobacterium tuberculosis and corresponding nursing interventions. Then observe the treatment effects. Results： The patients＇ knowledge of medicine guidance, life guidance as well as disinfection and segregation guidance has improved. Conclusion： The nursing interventions can help enhance patients＇ awareness of disease, living quality and nurse-patient relationship.
