摘 要:目的:初步探讨藤茶总黄酮(TCF)对四氯化碳所致肾损伤的保护作用。方法:30只雄性SD大鼠被随机分为正常组、模型组和TCF治疗组,第12周处死动物,肾组织石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜下观察肾组织形态结构变化。结果:正常组肾小球及肾小管形态结构无异常;四氯化碳模型组肾的近端小管管腔狭小,上皮细胞萎缩,细胞核浓缩,部分细胞出现空泡变性及少量肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞细胞核出现核浓缩,通透性增加;TCF治疗组肾小球及肾小管形态结构基本恢复正常。结论:藤茶总黄酮对四氯化碳所致大鼠肾损伤有较好的防治作用。Objective: To investigate the protecting effect oftengcha flavonoids (TCF) on carbon tetrachloride -induced renal injury in rats. Method: 30 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and TCF group. Animals were sacrificed at the 12^th week. After the kidney paraffin were sected, and stained with HE, the morphological changes in renal tissue were observed un- der microscope. Result: In normal group glomerular and tubular morphology have no abnormalities; In carbon tetrachloride group, the proximal renal tube lumens narrow, epithelium atrophy, cell nucleus concentration, some cells appeal vacuolar degeneration and a small amount of glomerular capillary endothelial cells nuclear concentration, permeability increased; In TCF treatment group glomerular and tubular returned to normal morphology. Conclusion: Tengcha flavonoids have better protection effect on carbon tetrachloride-induced rat renal injury.
