臭牡丹根伍用小剂量环磷酰胺治疗慢性肾炎16例

摘　　要：目的:探讨臭牡丹根伍用小剂量环磷酰胺治疗慢性肾炎的疗效。方法:本文采用臭牡丹根伍用小剂量环磷酰胺(cyclophos-phamide,CTX)治疗慢性肾炎16例,其小剂量CTX用量为200 mg/日,采用静脉滴注的连续给药方式,其总有效率为93.75%,且BUN、Scr明显下降,复发率为6.25%,无明显的毒副作用。结果:臭牡丹根伍用小剂量环磷酰胺治疗慢性肾炎疗法疗效显著,肾功能改善明显,复发率低,且该单味中药来源广泛,使用方便。结论:臭牡丹根伍用小剂量环磷酰胺治疗慢性肾炎,不失为一种治疗慢性肾炎值得推广的方法。Objective： To investigate the effect of root of Blerodendron Bungei Steud combined with low-dose of cyclophos-phamide in treating chronic nephritis. Method： 16 cases of chronic nephritis were treated by Root of Blerodendron Bungei Steud associated with low-dose of cyclophosphamide （200 rag/day） in way of continual intravenous drip. Results： The total effectiveness was 93.75%. The levels of BUN and Scr were markedly decreased, without obvious side effect, and the recurrence rate was 6.25%. Conclusions： The resuits suggested that the treatment was effective, improving the kidney function with a small recurrence rate. This traditional Chinese medicine （Blerodendron Bungei Steud） was plentiful and convenient. When combined with low-does of cyclophosphamide, it should be an excellent therapeutic method to treat chronic nephritis.
