摘　　要：IEC61850是国际电工委员会的最新的变电站自动化系统标准,以此标准对变电站进行配置是实现变电站设备间互操作性的重要保证。对变电站配置语言(Substation Configuration description Language)包含的对象模型和SCL语法进行简单介绍,分析SCL在变电站自动化系统中应用,最后详细阐述了采用VC++6.0和MSXML4.0对SCL文档解析过程以及编程过程中可能遇到的问题。IEC61850 is published by the International Electrical Commission and is the latest standard used in the substation automation. The configuration of substation based on IEC61850 is the assurance to implement the operation between different devices. This paper introduces the object mode used by SCL ,syntactic structure of SCL and the use of SCL in substation automatic system.It also introduces the application of SCL and gives the method to parse SCL document with VC＋＋6.0 and MSXML4.0 in detail.
