摘　　要：本文研究了分别用三次和五次谐波锁定的６３３ｎｍ碘稳定激光器的频差及频率复现性。实验表明，在一定条件下，五次谐波锁定的频率复现性可达±１×１０－１１量级。Abstract: The frequency difference and the reproducibility of 633nm Iodine stabilized lasers locked with third and fifth harmonic are studied in this paper. It has been shown that, under certain conditions, the reproducibility of frequency locked by fifth harmonic can reach the level of ±1×10-11.
