城镇化过程中失地农民市民化现状研究

摘　　要：单纯城市地理上的扩张并不能真正促进农民的市民化,由于征地、培训、保障等方面制度的缺陷,失地农民并未真正市民化。失地农民的市民化是一个综合的社会转变过程,其不仅仅是户口的转变,还存在社会保障和社会关系的重塑、思想意识的变迁等问题。解决失地农民市民化的问题,必须统筹兼顾,才能从根本上解决失地农民的生活和出路问题。The process of peasants＇ citizenization cannot be promoted by the geographical expansion of cities solely. Due to institutional defects in land expropriation, training and social security, the land -expropriated peasants have not been transformed into citizens actually. The citizenization of land - expropriated peasants is a comprehensive process of social changes, comprising not only the change of domicile, but also the restructuring of social security and social relationship as well as the change of ideas. In order to solve the problem of land - expropriated peasants＇ eitizenization, we must make an overall plan and consider all the relevant factors to settle in their living and career.
